initial commit

- ubuntu-20.04 (Qt 5.12) support
- makefile
- update title; import icon so it hopefully loads
- install stuff (desktop file for linux launcher)
- update app icon; add GitHub workflows
- clang lint
- fix lint error in tests (unregistered macro)
