Update .settings file handling and defaults.

Handle non-argparse `username` and `password`.
Removed printing of settings to stdout.
Remove `redact_password = True` line.
Add `--redact-password` argument, defaulting to `False`.
Removed `.settings` file creation when output is directed to stdout.
