[FIX] Fix multi-individual ancestor download.

The 'todo' variable for the ancestor download needs to be a set,
not the original comma-separated string.

TESTED:
Downloads of multiple individuals now include ancestors when
appropriate.
getmyancestors.py diff | blob | history
