general cleanups

    remove unused _age() function

    remove main() in tree.py [wip]

    setup.cfg stuff, types, read perms

    try removing scripts, same approach on both OSes

    don't use kwargs in setup() [checks typing]

    non-executable script

    add types-* packages (psycopg2, colorama)

    fix error in orm_brzycki equation (same in, same out)
